摘　　要：将正交试验设计方法应用到规划方案组合中,同时考虑油田开发的整体性、关联性和长期性,运用多目标决策方法优选油田开发规划方案.实例表明,该方法可以减少方案评价工作量,而且所选方案组合具有很好的代表性,可体现决策的客观性、全面性与科学性,避免单指标评价的局限性.Field development plan should be selected by using the method of multi-objective decision making, by applying orthogonal test design to plan combination, coupled with considering the holism, relevance and chronicity of oilfield development. The case applied indicates that this method has advantages of reducing the workload of evaluation. Furthermore, the selected plan is representative, which not only reflects the objectivity, comprehensiveness and scientificness of decision-making, but also helps to avoid the limitation of single-index evaluation.
