摘　　要：目的建立测定白藜芦醇衍生物RT—B与大鼠血浆蛋白结合率的方法。方法采用平衡透析法对RT-B与大鼠血浆蛋白结合率进行HPLC测定。结果低、中、高3种浓度下,RT-B的血浆蛋白结合率分别为(79.2±s 0.7)%,(80.1±0.9)%和(80.2±0.9)%。结论本方法灵敏度高,重现性好,操作简单,能满足分析要求。RT-B与大鼠血浆蛋白的结合率较高。AIM To develop a method for the determination of the plasma protein binding rate of RT-B. METHODS The equilibrium dialysis was carried out to determine the plasma protein binding rate of RT-B. RESULTS The plasma protein binding rates of RT-B at low, middle and high concentrations were （79.2 ± s 0.7） %, （80.1 ± 0.9） % and （80.2±0.9） %, respectively. CONCLUSION This method shows the high binding power of RT-B to rat plasma protein with high sensitivity, good reproduction, simple management and fulfilling the requirement of analysis.
