摘  要:采用iSPLSI完成了视频加解扰处理,并将视频行内分割点数目增加到8个,使图像加扰效果更佳.同时采用数字补偿技术很好地解决了图像恢复时视频切割点存在裂缝的问题.Scrambling with line segmentation and rotation is a video scrambling technique of high security. Every TV line signal is divided into two segments and according to the crypto control scheme, one segmentation point in several line signals is chosen by the keys and the signals on the two sides of the segmentation point are then swapped. Every line has a different segmentation point. As a result, the image on the TV screen would be spoiled or scrambled and cannot be understood. The in system programmable large scale integration is adopted to perform video scrambling/descrambling processing, and the number of segmentation points in each video line is increased to 8, which will lead to still better scrambling result. Meanwhile, by using the digital compensation technique. The slits existing at a video segmentation point are eliminated when the image is being restored.
