摘　　要：目的：总结564例儿科院前急救转运管理经验及救护措施。方法：通过转运系统将院前和基层医院急危重病人转运到我院。结果：病情相对稳定的有557例，恶化3例，死亡1例，另有3例在转运到院后2h内死亡。结论：转运前药品和设备准备齐全，转运过程中严密救护及做好转运后的衔接工作，是转运危重患儿提高抢救成功率的保障。Objective：To summarize 564 pediatric patients first aid transport manage experience and rescue measurements before in hospital, Methods： Critical patients which come from inferiority hospital were transported to Zhengzhou Children＇ s hospital through transportion system. Results：557 patients relatively stabilized,three patients deteriorated one patients died. In addition,three patients died in two hours after in hospital. Conclusion：h can ensure the improved success rate of salved critical children that drugs and equipments is well provided before in hospital,patients are rigorly salve and monitor in the process of transportion, and do a good joined job.
