摘  要:目的观察神经生长因子在急性心肌缺血大鼠心内神经节表达及其变化,探讨神经生长因子与心肌缺血的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法动态观察了正常大鼠以及大鼠冠状动脉结扎后1、6、12、24h心内神经节神经生长因子的表达及变化。结果各组大鼠的心内神经节均存在神经生长因子阳性神经元,并且神经生长因子阳性神经元的数目在冠状动脉结扎后1、6、12、24h后增多,表达也增强。结论心肌缺血大鼠心内神经节神经生长因子表达持续显著升高,提示神经生长因子可能参与心肌缺血的病变过程。Objective To explore the expression and changes of nerve growth factor (NGF) positive neurons in the intrinsic cardiac ganglia in rats model of acute myocardial ischemia, and to discuss the relationship between NGF and myocardial ischemia. Methods By using immunohistochemical technique, the immunoreactivity of NGF were measured dynamically in intact rats and rats at 1,6,12,24 h after coronary artery occlusion. Results NGF immunoreactive (NGF-IR) cells were presented in the intrinsic cardiac ganglia of all groups; the number of NGF positive neurons of intrinsic cardiac ganglia increased remarkably and NGF expression decreased obviously in the intrinsic cardiac ganglia at 1,6,12,24 h after coronary artery occlusion. Conclusion The expression of NGF positive neurons in the intrinsic cardiac ganglia markedly increases in the rat model of acute myocardial ischemia. It also suggested that NGF may participate in the pathological changes of myocardial isehemia.
