摘 要:目的探讨扶正解毒颗粒(FJK)对硫酸镍染毒大鼠镍代谢的影响。方法选择健康成年SD大鼠32只,随机分为4组:生理盐水(NS)组,NiSO42.5 mg/kg组,NiSO42.5 mg/kg+FJK 10 g/kg处理组,NiSO42.5 mg/kg+5 g/kg处理组。NiSO4组:每天NiSO42.5 mg/kg腹腔注射染毒,连续30 d,于第10天生理盐水10 ml/kg灌胃,连续21 d。FJK处理组:染毒方法及剂量同NiSO4组,于第10天以FJK 10、5 g/kg灌胃处理,1次/d,连续21 d。对照组用生理盐水等容积腹腔注射和灌胃。于第9天和第30天分别收集各组血、尿、粪样,用原子吸收分光光度计检测其镍含量。结果与硫酸镍组比较,FJK可使染镍大鼠血清中镍含量降低(P<0.01),尿液、粪便中镍含量升高(P<0.05);FJK处理前后比较,FJK处理后大鼠尿液和粪便中镍排出量均明显增加(P<0.05)。结论FJK可降低大鼠体内镍含量,并促使体内镍的排泄。Objective To inquire into the effect on the metabolism of nickel in rats induced by nickel sulfate with Chinese herbal drugs of Fu Zheng Jie Du Ke Li(FJK).Methods The male SD rats were divided into four groups,including the control group with normal saline solution,NiSO4 2.5 mg/kg model group administrated intraperitoneally for 30 d,and FJK treated groups at doses of 5.0 and 10.0 g/kg with peroral route respectively for 21 d after the rats were treated with NiSO4 2.5 mg/kg for 9 d.The blood,urine and feces were collected at the ninth day and at the thirty day,meanwhile the atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used to detect the content of nickel respectively.Results Compared with NiSO4 group,the content of serum nickle was decreased in FJK group(P〈0.01),but the content of urine and feces nickle were increased in FJK group(P〈0.05).Compared with pretreatment of FJK groups,the contents of urine and feces nickle were increased in post-treatment of FJK groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion FJK could have the function of decreasing the content of nickel and strengthening the excretion of nickle in rats administrated by nickel sulfate.
