摘　　要：叙述了卫生列车的布局,从伤病员区、医疗区、列车车厢等3方面探讨了卫生列车的改建方法,提出了列车后送中伤病员安全防护及保持医疗设施稳定性的措施,为进一步提高救治效率与质量提供参考。The reconstructive method and layout of medical train is studied, especially in reconstruction of the sick and wounded ward, medical room and train carriage. Safe protection for the wounded and methods for equipment constancy are introduced. It is expected to serve as a reference for enhancing medical treatment efficiency and quality.
