摘　　要：介绍了30m3聚合釜生产高聚合度PVC树脂的配方设计和调整情况,对试生产中出现的问题进行了分析和解决。与同行业的产品质量做了对比,进行了用户跟踪调查。该配方投入生产后,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。The design and adjusting of high degree of polymerization PVC by 30m^2 polymerizer were introduced. The existing problem in production were analysed and solved. The quality of the products was compared with the same business. And the development of PVC with high degree of polymerization got better social and economic profits.
