摘  要:研究了用中空纤维膜组件脱除天然气中的H2S的吸收过程。采用疏水性聚丙烯中空纤维膜(HFPPM)制成膜组件,以甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)水溶液作为吸收剂,考察了吸收液浓度、吸收液流速、气相流速等因素对H2S膜吸收过程的影响。实验结果表明,质量分数为30%的MDEA吸收液在流速为78.1ml/s,气速为0.064m/s时,H2S的脱除率为95.8%,H2S的总传质系数为4.8×10-8mol.(m2.s.Pa)-1;质量分数为35%的MDEA在同样的条件下H2S脱除率达98.1%。而且在实验的较宽天然气H2S浓度范围内,MDEA吸收剂H2S脱除率保持在90%以上。实验证明膜吸收法也许是有良好发展前景脱除H2S的方法。The process of H2S absorbed in hollow fiber membrane was studied using MDEA aqueous solution as absorbent and hydrophobic polyacrylic hollow fiber membrane(HFPPM)as a contactor.Gas flow rates,liquid flow rates,MDEA concentration in the absorbent for the H2S membrane absorption process were investigated.The results showed that the overall mass transfer coefficient of H2S is 4.8×10-8·mol·(m2·s·Pa)-1 and the removal rate of H2S is 95.8% for 30% MDEA in 78.1ml/s and feed gas with that of 0.064m/s;H2S removal rate is 98.1% for 35% MDEA under the same conditions.MDEA being absorbent,H2S removal rate is higher than 90% in a wider range of concentrations of H2S.The results indicated that membrane-based absorption has a widely application and good prospect for H2S removal of natural gas.
