摘　　要：目前全球的硫磺成型工艺大致可分为结块工艺、结片工艺和造粒工艺三类,而造粒工艺又分为空气造粒、水造粒、钢带造粒和滚筒造粒等。本文介绍了上述硫磺成型工艺及其技术特点,并对高含硫天然气净化厂硫磺成型工艺技术方案的选择进行了初步探讨。There are mainly three types of solid sulfur:lump,flake and prill in the world.The liquid sulfur can be formed into a prill product with different methods,such as air prill,wet prill/pelletizing,pastillation,granulating process,etc.The new improvements and properties of sulfur forming processes above were briefly introduced in this paper.The application prospect and scheme of the highly sour gas purification plant to produce premium quality solid sulfur was discusses.
