摘 要:为满足污水外排要求,近年来国内外开发了"老三套"加"生化处理单元"的污水外排处理工艺。实验验证了生物膜水解酸化-生物膜接触氧化工艺处理双河联合站油田采出水的可行性。实验结果表明:在装置进水流量为15m3/d左右,水解酸化段停留时间(HRT)为6.4h,接触氧化段HRT为12.8h时,装置出水水质可达到国家一级排放标准(GB8978-1996);为减少来水油含量波动对生化处理效果的影响,在生化处理单元前应设置隔油调节池。Oilfield produced water disposed by the traditional process designed for wastewater reinjection can not meet the demand of discharge standard.In recent years,biological treatment unit was widely added to the traditional disposal process to fulfill the waste water discharge requirment.In this paper,experiment was carried out to review the feasibility of wastewater treatment in Shuanghe Union Station with hydrolytic acidification-biological contact oxidation technology.The results showed that while inlet flow is about 15 m3/d,Hydraulic Retention Time(HRT)of hydrolytic acidification tank is about 6.4h,HRT of Biological Contact Oxidation tank is about 12.8h,outlet water can meet the first grade requirement of National Integrated Wastewater Discharging Standard(GB8978-1996).In order to reduce the impact on disposal efficiency of oil content fluctuations,oil separating and adjusting pool should be set before the biological treatment unit.
