摘 要:以胜利油田滨一污水站长期堆放的含油污泥为研究对象,采取工程措施创造有利于土著微生物生长繁殖的条件,强化其石油降解活性,以修复480m3的含油污泥。测定了不同修复阶段污泥的油含量、不同种类微生物数量和污泥基本理化性质的变化情况,并与加入菌剂和未做任何处理的对照区块进行对比。对初始油含量为126g/kg的污泥,利用土著微生物进行230天的修复后,油含量下降了42.8%,持水量明显增加,生物毒性降低。结果表明,利用土著微生物进行含油污泥的生物修复可在一定程度上去除石油污染物,是一种有效的含油污泥处理方法。In order to treat the oily sludge of 480m3 in Binyi Sewage Disposal Station in Shengli Oilfield,some engineering measures were adopted to create appropriate conditions for the growth of indigenous organisms and stimulate the biodegradation activity of them.The content of oil,the amount of different microorganisms and the physical and chemical properties of oily sludge was measured at different bioremediation stages,and was compared with those sample of the treatment employing extraneous microbial and without any other measure.The initial content of oil in sludge is 126g/kg.After the bioremediation of 230d by indigenous organisms,42.8% of the oil contaminants were degraded,water-holding capacity of oily sludge increased,and the bio-toxicity was reduced.The results indicates that bioremediation of indigenous organisms is an effective method to reduce the oil content of sludge.
