摘　　要：实际选择法是体现期权思维的一种新型战略柔性决策技术。介绍了实际选择法的基本原理、特点和对电网投资的期权特性。以某区域配电网建设方案为例,运用实际选择法对电网投资进行了计算分析并总结了在电网投资管理中的思路。The Real Option is a new flexible strategic decision-making technology which embodies the thinking of the option. This paper introduces the basic principle and characteristics of the Real Option, the features of the power network investment option. Taking the construction scheme of distribution network in some area as an example, this paper calculates and analyzes the investment of power network using this method and summarizes the consideration in management of power network investment.
