摘　　要：通过建立基于规划网络的性能指标和隶属度函数的综合满意度指标,探讨建立一种较为全面的配电网综合评价方法。介绍了该方法的综合评价体系及6种主要评价指标,并用该方法对110 kV和10 kV配电网接线方式的综合满意度进行评价。结合实例对典型开发区不同功能分区配电网规划的各种接线模式进行了评价,得到较优的接线模式配置。By means of the comprehensive satisfaction index which is based on the performance index and membership function of planned power network, this paper discusses a method of comprehensively assessing power distribution network, introduces comprehensive assessment system and six assessment index of this method, and assesses the comprehensive satisfaction index of connection modes of planned 110 kV and 10 kV distribution network. In combination with practical example, this paper assesses the connection modes of distribution network in different functional zones of typical development zones, obtains optimal connection mode and configuration.
