摘　　要：独立学院是我国高等教育大众化阶段诞生的新生事物,独立学院党建工作的顺利开展更是一个亟待解决的现实难题,本文分析了独立学院党建工作所面临的困境,并从内在机制和建设和谐校园角度探讨了相应对策。Independent colleges are the newly emerging things during the period of the popularization of Chinese higher education. To strengthen the CCP organization and promote the Party＇s function more effectively in independent colleges is currently very important and needs to be solved as early as possible. The difficulties and countermeasures are analyzed in this paper from the angle of inherent mechanisms and the construction of harmonious campus.
