高校冬季体育教学融入大学生就业教育规划的思考

摘　　要：分析当代社会需求高素质人才的特征,以及冬季体育的教育学、社会学功能,认为高校冬季体育教学对培养符合社会发展需求的大学生具有积极的促进作用。提出高校冬季体育与就业教育规划相结合的理念和构建冬季体育教学的新模式,对提高大学生就业教育规划的科学性,提高体育的影响力,强化人们对体育功能、作用的深刻理解与理性认识,将起到积极的促进作用。从优化教学方法、丰富教学内容、创新教学评价体系和构建和谐的教学环境等几个方面阐述了高校冬季体育教学融入大学生就业教育规划的措施。By analyzing the characteristics of high - level persons in the modern society and the pedagogy and sociology function of winter sports, the article thinks that the winter sports teaching in universities has a positive promotion for developing the undergraduates to better meet the future societal requirement. It indicates that the idea of combining the winter sports teaching and employment education programming in universities and the new pattern of constructing the winter sports teaching will has a positive promotion for scientifically programming the undergraduates＇employment education, enlarging the sports influence, reinforcing the rational cognition about the sports function and effect. It suggests some countermeasures on combi- ning inosculating the winter sports teaching into the programming of undergraduates＂ employment education in several aspects of optimizing the teaching method, enriching the teaching content, reforming the teaching evaluation system and improving the teaching condition.
