摘  要:随着经济体制改革的不断深入和经济全球化的发展,中国企业面临着更多的机遇和挑战,提高企业竞争力是摆在中国企业面前的一个重大和现实的问题。该文针对国内出现的一些企业试图以多角化战略提高核心竞争力的现象,着力通过成功与失败的企业实例,从多角化战略的定义出发,分析企业选择多角化战略的原因;我国企业在选择多角化战略时存在的误区,并根据目前我国大多数企业的发展现状,对我国企业多角化经营战略提出几点建议。With the development of the economic system and the economic globalization, Chinese enterprises are facing more challenges and opportunities. How to enhance their core competitiveness is the practical problem for Chinese enterprises. In view of some enterprises' attempting to enhance their competitiveness through muhi-angulate strategy, this thesis mainly expounds the influence of multi-angulate strategy on their competitiveness with the examples of some successful and unsuccessful corporations. Embarking from the definition and the classification of muhi-angulate strategy, the thesis analyzes the reasons and misunderstandings for the enterprises to choose the multi-angulate strategy, and puts forward several proposals to Chinese enterprises management according to the development status.
