摘　　要：给出了对角因子循环矩阵的Mooore-Penrose逆的表达式,并利用得到的表达式可以给出Moore-Penrose逆的快速算法.进一步研究了实对角因子循环矩阵的奇异值分解,并利用Hartley变换矩阵,给出了奇异值分解的具体表达式.The fundamentals of the diagonal factor circulant matrices are briefed, and a simple derivation of the Moore-Penrose inverse of such matrix is presented. In the case that the rank of diagonally factor circulant matrix is either small or nearly full, the pseudoinverse can be computed readily. Further more, by using the Hartley matrix, the singular value decompositions of the real diagonal factor ciaculant are formulized in this paper.
