摘  要:对红树林滩涂海水养殖湿地锯缘青蟹样品中的重金属Hg、Cd、Pb和无机As含量进行了检验分析,结果表明:所有样点的锯缘青蟹体内均未检出Pb,而Hg、Cd和无机As均有检出,平均含量分别为0.035×10-6、1.07×10-6和0.078×10-6。采用我国颁布的无公害水产品质量标准(NY5276-2004)对检验结果进行评价,结果表明所有采样点锯缘青蟹体内Hg和无机As含量均低于我国颁布的无公害水产品质量安全标准,但Cd含量略超过安全标准(≤0.5×10-6湿重),应引起重视;不过总体来看,红树林滩涂海水种植养殖湿地锯缘青蟹体内重金属含量较低,可以供人群安全食用。The contents of heavy metals in mud crab Scylla serrata from mangrove planting-culturing wetland were investigated. The resuits showed that except Pb, other heavy metals Hg, Cd and As were determined in the organisms. The average contents of Hg, Cd and As in S. serrata were 0. 035 ×10^-6, 1.07 ×10^-6 and 0. 078 ×10^-6 (wet weight) , respectively. The results also showed that the contents of Hg and As in Scylla serrata were all below the limits of National Evaluation Criterion for edible S. serrata ( NY 5276-2004. However, the contents of Cd in S. serrata from all samples were above the limit (0.5 ×10^-6 , wet weight) , it should be paid more attention. As a whole, the heavy metal contents of S. serrata in mangrove planting-culturing wetland were low and safe.
