摘 要:目的探讨自体骨联合自体骨髓移植治疗胫骨下段新鲜骨折的疗效。方法2004年2月-2006年4月,对在我院住院并手术治疗的42例胫腓骨下段骨折病人随机分成两组,其中一组在内固定的同时行自体骨移植,另一组在内固定的同时行自体骨联合骨髓移植手术,手术后定期摄X线片,并且应用计算机图象分析技术对两组病人手术后1.5、3、5、9、12月X线片上骨痂的灰度值进行分析。结果骨痂灰度密度分析显示:同组的骨痂灰度密度值随术后时间的增加而增大;同期比较,自体骨联合骨髓移植组骨痂灰度密度值高,自体骨移植组的低,两组组间具有显著差异。自体骨联合骨髓移植组骨折的愈合时间比自体骨移植组的短,且两组组间具有显著差异。结论自体骨联合骨髓移植比仅仅自体骨移植能很好的促进骨痂生长,能更早的促进骨折的愈合。Objective To research the curative effect of using the autogenous bone combined the autogenous bone marrow transplanting to treat the fresh distal tibiofibular fracture. Method 42 patients of the distal tibiofibular fracture have been divided into two groups randomly from February 2004 to February 2006, During the internal fixation surgery, one group was transplanted with the autogeneous bone, the other group was transplanted with the autogenous bone marrow. The X-ray detections were taken once a month. After1. 5month , 3,5,9, 12 month of the operation , the grayscales of bone callus of the two groups were analyzed separately by using the computer image analysis techniques. Result The bone callus in the same group increased with time going on , Compared in the same period, the bone callus in the group of the autogenous bone combined with bone marrow transplanting is higher than the other group, there is significant difference between the two groups, and the healing time of the fracture in the group of the autogenous bone combined with bone marrow transplanting is shorter than the other one. Conclusion: The autogenous bone combined with bone marrow transplanting surgery is better for the growth of the callus and accelerates the fracture healing earlier.
