摘　　要：高校后勤社会化改革中产生的的大学生公寓与传统学生宿舍在诸多方面存在不同。在短廊、回廊式、旅馆式以及单元式学生公寓模式中,单元式学生公寓较具优越性。大学生公寓应能满足学生交往会客、学习研究、储藏、服务、管理等多种需求。College students＇ residence hall, which arises during the reform of college rear service socialization, is different from traditional college students＇ dormitory in many aspects. Among the short porch type, the winding corridor type, the hotel type and the unit type of students＇ residence halls, the unit type is superior to any other types. College students＇ residence hall should meet the students＇ multiple demands of social association, study, storing, service, management and so on.
