外国侦探小说与科幻小说在晚清的传播与影响

摘　　要：文章认为:外国侦探小说与科幻小说在晚清思想文化的近代化进程尤其是崇尚科学、开启民智方面产生巨大的影响。主要表现为:一是以新颖的形式与奇异的情节满足了广大读者的文化需求;二是传播了西方的科学精神与人道主义思想;三是破除专制思想与迷信思想,激发人们对未来社会的无限憧憬。This paper holds that the foreign whodunit and sci-fi exerts a tremendous influence on the evolution of the Chinese thinking and culture, especially on the science and wisdom. The influence is shown as follows： firstly, their new form and funny plot satisfy the cultural demand of readers; secondly, they transmit the western scientific spirit and humanistic thought; thirdly, they eradicate the autarchy and blind worship, and arouse people＇ s longingfor the future.
