摘 要:为解决模拟考虑摩擦影响的连续索在节点处滑移问题,提出了变索原长法,先不考虑结构变形协调,使索在节点处发生滑移,根据力学平衡条件及滑移区段索原长不变的原则可求得每段索滑移平衡后的索原长,把新的索原长代入后再对结构进行变形协调计算,从而完成索段的一次滑移计算.工程算例考虑弦支穹顶结构环索与节点间的静摩擦系数为0.3,动摩擦系数为0.4倍静摩擦系数,对每圈环索在4处进行对称同步张拉施工,计算分析了结构在张拉施工阶段以及结构张拉成形后在满跨和半跨荷载作用下环索的滑移,得到了各状态下索的张力分布.研究结果表明,变索原长法可用于模拟考虑摩擦影响的索滑移问题,且计算方便快捷,环索与节点间的摩擦导致结构环索张力分布不均匀.在实际工程设计和施工中,应通过改进节点构造、施工方法等措施尽量避免或降低摩擦问题对结构受力性能带来的不利影响.This modified original length method aims to solve the problem of simulating cable sliding at joint with friction effect. First, allow the cable slid at the joint ignoring the structural compatibility. After sliding, the original length of every cable section could be obtained based on the equilibrium equation and the invariability of total original length of those continuous sliding cables. Then. the compatibility equation with updated original cable length was solved to get the sliding result. In the sample suspend-dome project, the static friction rate was set as 0.3, the sliding friction rate was set to be 40 % of the static friction, and the hoop-cable in each round was tensed symmetrically at four spots. The hoop-cable sliding values under construction state and load state(full-span load and half-span load) were calculated, and the cable forces in different states were also presented. The results show that the modified original length method can efficiently simulate the cable sliding and the unequal distribution of the tension force resulting from the friction. In the practical design and construction, friction should be avoided or lessened by improving the joint performance and construction technology.
