摘　　要：水文化是体现人水关系的文化。水在和人类文化的共生中具有"道德顾客"身份,因此,人水和谐的关系是一种道德的必然,是水文化最根本的价值。人水和谐应该体现在水祀活动和水利活动两个方面,在活动中应该尊重水作为生命主体的地位。It is water culture that reflects the relationship between human and water. Water, acting as a 'moral client' , plays an important role in the symbiosis process with human culture. Therefore, keeping the harmonious relationship between human and water is a moral must, which is the most fundamental value of water culture. Harmony between human and water should be embodied both in water sacrificial rites and water conservancy activities, which regard water as the subject of life.
