摘　　要：社会工程的哲学思考对于社会工程的本质理解与顺利实施有着重要作用。依托社会工程哲学的有关研究,对水库移民安置工程的特殊性、工作内容范畴和实施机制进行探讨,对于水库移民安置工作的顺利开展大有裨益。Philosophical thoughts on social project play an important role in essential understanding and smooth implementation. Based on the philosophical research on social project, the paper regards the resettlement of the migrated of water reservoir as a social project with particularity, work content and implementing mechanism. Then, it makes in-depth study on it, which is of great benefit for the resettlement work.
