摘　　要：目的：用高效液相色谱法测定龙胆泻肝丸中栀子苷的含量。方法：采用Thermo C18柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），以乙腈-水（15：85）为流动相，流速1．0ml／min，检测波长为238nm。结果：对照品在5．5～16．5μg／ml范围内呈线性关系，r=0．9998，加样回收率平均为97．2％（n=6），RSD为2．3％，结论：本方法简便、准确、重复性好，可用于测定龙胆泻肝丸中栀子苷的含量。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the assay of jasminoidin in Longdan Xiegan Pills. METHODS The condition of HPLC was Thermo C18 column （ 4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm ）, mobile phase of acetonitrile - water （ 15： 85 ）, with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min , UV detector at 238nm. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear （ r = 0. 999 8 ） within the range of 5.5 - 16.5 μg/ml for jasminoidin. The average recovery was 97.2% （ n = 6） , RSD was 2.3 %. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and reproducible , It may be used for the assay of jasminoidin in Longdan Xiegan Pills.
