几种常用皮肤消毒剂消毒效果的评价

摘　　要：目的探求方便、实用、高效的皮肤消毒剂,以更好地控制医院感染的发生。方法选用复合碘、聚维酮碘、碘酊、洗必泰+碘不含醇等4种含碘消毒剂进行细菌定量杀灭试验,选4个厂家生产的四种复合碘皮肤消毒剂对志愿者进行消毒效果观察,同时对2种含碘消毒湿棉签稳定性进行对比。结果消毒效果显示安尔碘杀灭率为100%;含醇消毒剂均在25 s内干燥;2种含碘消毒湿棉签出厂有效碘含量均超过0.2%,经常温6个月存放和54℃热贮存后有效碘含量均开始下降。结论合理使用皮肤消毒剂,对保障患者健康,控制医院感染至关重要;其中,洗必泰碘醇是目前临床用于皮肤消毒的良好选择。Objective To search for a convenient, practical, and effective skin disinfectant, so as to prevent nosocomial infection. Methods Compound iodine, ketone, and tincture were used for the quantitative bacterium disinfecting test. Compound iodine skin disinfectant manufactured by four producers were tested in volunteers to observe the sterilizing results;meanwhile, the stabilities of 2 kinds of iodine sterilize wet cotton were compared. Results It was found that the disinfectant rate of iodine was 100%. Disinfectants containing alcohol dried within 25 seconds; two kinds of iodine sterilizing wet cotton had an effective iodine content over 0.2% After 6 months storage, the effective iodine content decreased by more than 20%. Conclusion Proper use of skin disinfectant is very important to keep the health of the patients and to prevent nosocomial infection. Ann is a good representation iodines for skin disinfection.
