复合脱色絮凝剂处理溴氨酸水溶液研究

摘  要:以双氰胺和甲醛为主原料,以亚硝酸钠为催化剂,在一定条件下制备改性双氰胺甲醛脱色絮凝剂后不经分离直接处理溴氨酸水溶液.以溴氨酸水溶液的脱色率和CODCr去除率为考核指标,考核了反应物料摩尔比、催化剂用量等因素对溴氨酸水溶液性能的影响.结果表明:在反应温度为75,oC,反应时间为4,h,反应物摩尔比为n1(双氰胺)∶n2(甲醛)∶n3(氯化铵)∶n4(尿素)∶n5(亚硝酸钠)=1∶2.4∶0.7∶0.1∶0.05的条件下,脱色絮凝剂对溴氨酸水溶液的脱色率和CODCr去除率分别为98.0%和65.4%.Modified dicyanodiamide-formaldehyde,a flocculating-decolorizing agent was synthesized by using dicyanodiamide (DCD) , formaldehyde (HCHO) and nitrous acid natrium (NaNO2) catalyzer. Effects of mol ratio of monomer, amount of catalyst were studied on COD removal efficiency and the decolorizing performance of bromamine acid solution. The result showed the best synthetic conditions were that reaction temperature was 75 ℃, reaction time was 4 hours, the mol ratio of reactant was nl (DCD) : n2(HCHO) : n3 (NH4C1) : n4(CO(NH2)2) : n5 (NaNO2)=1 : 2.4:0.7 : 0.1 : 0.05,the product was used in bromamine acid wastewater treatment with 98.0% of decolorization efficiency and 65.4% of COD removal efficiency.
