摘　　要：大学生网络成瘾问题日益凸显,严重损害了大学生的学业和身心健康。文章主要分析大学生网络成瘾的现状及其危害,并从社会、家庭、学校以及大学生自身四个方面提出相应解决对策。The growing problem of internet addiction seriously damages to the academic and physical and mental health of college students. This paper mainly analyzes the present situation and the harm of internet addiction among college students, and proposes the solution countermeasures in four aspects from society, family, school as well as college students.
