大学毕业生就业现状及其对策浅探

摘　　要：当前大学毕业生就业形势依然严峻,结构性矛盾突出。其原因主要是高校专业设置与市场需求错位、大学生动手能力欠缺综合竞争力不高、就业观念落后以及就业指导服务不健全等。因此,要改变大学毕业生就业现状,就必须以市场需求为导向,调整高校专业设置,加强人文教育及实践环节教学,提高大学生的综合素质和竞争力,并加强就业指导师资队伍建设,提高就业指导和服务能力。There still exists the tough employment situation and structural employment difficulty for the high school graduates. The rea- sons are mainly because of the mismatch of the major set and the market needing, students＇ lack of practical ability, and the unsound university employment information advice and guidance services. So in order to change the status of graduates＇ employment situation, it is necessary to adjust the major set according to the market need, strengthen the humane education and practical teaching, improve the comprehensive ability and competition of university students, enhance teaehing staff of emnlovment guidance and service.
