摘　　要：在企业现有纺纱设备的基础上,对JC 14.5 tex纯棉纱的梳棉、精梳、粗纱等工序进行了重定量工艺试验,并测试对比了半制品及成纱的质量指标,认为重定量高效工艺的实施可降低纺纱成本,提高产品的产量和质量.With the current spinning equipment in enterprises, this paper carried out the experiment of weight ration process to the processes of carding, combing and roving of JC14.5tex pure cotton yarn, and tested and contrasted the quality targets of semi - finished goods and resultant yarn. It indicated that the practice of weight ration process can reduce the spinning cost and improve the output and quality of products.
