摘 要:制备了不同配比的ABS/PMMA共混材料,对其缺口冲击强度、拉伸强度、热变形温度、熔融指数等特性进行了研究.结果表明,引入PMMA可以提高ABS耐热性能,ABS与PMMA共混能提高PMMA的力学性能特别是缺口冲击强度.当ABS/PMMA中PMMA为20%时,共混物具有最优的力学性能.The ABS/PMMA alloys of different blending ratio were made, and the impact strength of the notch, the tensile strength, the heat distortion temperature and the melt index were studied in this paper. The result showed that the PMMA can improve the thermal resistance of ABS, and the mechanical properties of PMMA,especially the impact strength, were increased when they were blended. The optimal mechanical properties of the alloy were obtained when the ratio of ABS to PMMA was 80 to 20.
