摘　　要：如何办好高水平运动队,怎样才能使高水平运动员既不耽误文化学习,又能提高运动成绩,这一矛盾眼下尚未得到很好解决。探析高水平运动队教学管理的理论基础,旨在进一步认识高校办高水平运动队的可行性,教学管理的科学性,使教学管理更加细致、全面。The conflict on how to make high- level athletes have enough time to acquire cultural knowledge and at the same time improve their sport performance has not been resolved well enough. This paper which analyzes the theoretic foundation of high - level sports team＇s teaching management aims to further understand the feasibility of running high - level college sports teams and scientific quality of teaching management and promote teaching management to be more meticulous and comprehensive.
