摘　　要：个性化信息服务是网络环境下,满足特定读者信息需求的一种差异性服务,它是高师馆知识服务体系发展的一大趋势。本文通过对东北三省高师馆开展个性化服务中存在的问题进行宏观分析,提出了高师馆在施行个性化服务时应思考的问题及相关对策。Personalized information service is a differential service for specific readers＇ information needs under network environment. It is a main trend of knowledge service system of university libraries. On the basis of macroscopic analysis on the existing problems in the university libraries＇ personalized service of three Northeast provinces in China, the paper puts forward the potential problems and a series of related countermeasures in carrying out personalized services.
