江西农村药品“监督与供应”网络建设情况调查与评价

摘　　要：目的:了解江西农村药品"监督与供应"网络(简称"两网")建设试点工作情况及其绩效。方法:借助计算机,用自行研制的评价体系对江西省80个县(市)的农村药品"两网"建设情况进行了现场调查与评价。结果:80个县(市)的农村药品"两网"建设均达到了政府预期的建设目标,"两网"建设综合评价88.50分,供应网络91分,监督网络87.76分,建网绩效87.06分,其中50个县优(62.5%),23个县良(28.8%),7个县合格(8.8%)。结论:农村药品"两网"建设深受当地政府、业主和农民的欢迎。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the construction and performance of the rural drug supervising and supply or ＂two networks＂ in Jiangxi province. METHODS： An on- the - spot investigation and evaluation was conducted on ＂two nets＂ con- struction in 80 counties （or cities） using self- made evaluation system with the aid of computer. RESULTS： The ＂two nets＂ construction in all the 80 counties （cities） met the desired targets. The scores in comprehensive evaluation was 88.50, in drug supply were 91, in drug supervising were 87.76, and in construction performance were 87.06. Of the total 80 counties （cities）, 50 （62.5%） achieved excellence in ＂two nets＂ construction, 23 （28.8%） were good, and 7 （8.8%） were qualified. CONCLUSION： The ＂two nets＂ construction of rural drug gained a widespread popularity among local government, proprietors and farmers.
