摘　　要：目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定齐多夫定脂质体中齐多夫定含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为HypersilC18,流动相为甲醇-水(40∶60),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为265nm,进样量为20μL。结果:齐多夫定检测浓度的线性范围为20～250μg·mL-1(r=0.9999);平均回收率为100.83%,日内及日间RSD均小于2%。结论:本方法准确可靠、简单快速,可用于该制剂的含量测定。OBJECTIVE： To establish a RP- HPLC method for the determination of zidovudine in zidovudine liposomes. METHODS： The analysis was performed on a Hypersil C18 column with the mobile phase consisted of methanol- water （40 ： 60） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 265 nm and the injection volume was 20 μL. RESULTS： Zidovudine had a good linear relation over the range of 20-250 μg · mL^-1（r = 0.9999）, with an average recovery of 100.83%. Both the intra-day RSD and inter-day RSD were less than 2%. CONCLUSION： This method is accurate, reliable, simple and rapid, and applicable for the determination of zidovudine in zidovudine liposome.
