摘　　要：结合我国房地产项目管理的实际情况和房地产项目的具体特点,给出了房地产企业项目管理成熟度模型,并将模糊综合评价法应用于房地产项目管理成熟度模型评价,通过建立多级模糊综合评价模型,对房地产项目中存在的大量模糊因素进行模糊评价,可增加评价结果的可靠性和科学性。并通过实例演算,验证了该方法对项目成熟度评价的有效性。Combined with the actual situation and the specific characteristics of real estate projects of China＇ s real estate project management, maturity model of real estate project management is proposed in the real estate enterprises. Through the establishment of a multi - level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the real estate projects in the large number of fuzzy evaluation factors can increase the reliability and scientific evaluation of results. And through examples of calculus, the certification of the method of project evaluation of the effectiveness of maturity.
