摘 要:通过实验室实验研究,综合分析选取的4个典型煤样的一氧化碳、乙烯、乙烷等气体的检出温度,对比指标气体优选原则,综合分析了东欢坨煤矿实验检出气体。实验表明,东欢坨矿一氧化碳出现的临界温度值为50℃,4个煤样基本上在110℃左右出现斜率变化增大的情况,并且该气体呈现单调递增趋势。因而,在50~350℃之间,选择一氧化碳作为预测预报煤炭自燃的标志气体是可行的。由于东欢坨煤矿煤层中赋存有CO,因此,在利用CO作为预报预测自燃发火标志气体和采空区密闭内取样分析时,可采用CO浓度差值法和ICO来消除环境因素和风量的影响。By the analysis of oxygenation under low temperature in experiment, the concentration of CO,C2H4 and C2H6 changed disciplinarily with the temperature. According to the rules of selecting identification gas, a conclusion can be drawn that at critical temperature 50℃, CO will appear. From the analysis of the results of oxygenating under low temperature, the quantity of CO augmenting sharply at 110℃, and the curve of CO changed with the temperature can be regarded as a monotone increasing curve. SO between 50 -350℃, the gas CO fitted to forecast spontaneous combustion, and the defects of other gas are analyzed. Because there exists CO in the coal seam of Donghuantuo coal mine, there must be amended when used CO as the identification gas to predict spontaneous combustion and analyzed the gas sample taken from the goaf. Method of concentration difference can eliminate the effect of the environment when analyzing the state of the ablaze area, it is more accurate than used the single concentration of CO and ICO ( CO/△O2 ) can eliminate the effect of the air leak, the value is a direct proportion with the temperature and the oxidative time.
