摘 要:以随机过程理论为基础,根据系统元件的运行状态服从某一特定的概率分布的特性,采用以时间步长法为主线,其中贯穿最小时间步长方法的计算机随机模拟方法,动态地模拟了综采工作面系统生产的整个过程,并且得出元件和系统的有效度、停机率、煤流等定量的变化曲线,以及产量等一系列量化指标,为客观分析综采工作面系统提供了依据,还可以提供生产面的改造方案与优化、煤仓合理容量的确定与优化、系统设备选型与匹配优化等方面的实际应用,对提高生产效率具有理论指导意义。Working face production system is an essential part of the entire mining system. It is of great significance to emulate the working process and accurately evaluate each component and system reliability so as to discover the bottleneck and improve the comprehensive capacity of the mining system. Based on the theory of random process and the characteristic of functioning of system component subject to certain specific probability distribution, this article dynamically emulates the whole process of system production on mining working face, in which the methods of time pace and computer random emulation are adopted. The paper is intended to provide objective basis for analysis on mining working face and the varied lines of effectiveness, machine stoppage rate and coal flow of components and system, and output ect. The authors wish to offer some theories to improve productivity by discussing the application of the transformation plan and optimization of reasonable coal stock capacity, as well as selection of system equipment and matching optimization.
