摘 要:岩溶堆积型铝土矿是我国华南地区特有的矿床类型.对于一些面临资源接替的堆积型矿山而言,不仅要考虑采场与选矿厂的匹配、选场厂址的确定,还要实施贫富搭配、延长铝土矿山作业年限的配矿战略,最终实现经济效益最大化.运用现代物流规划、运筹学和系统工程学的思想,将选矿厂址与配矿方案从宏观上统一起来,建立了混合整数的优化模型,然后用先进的DashOpti-mation软件求解.最后以一实际矿山为例,验证了该方法的可行性.Karst accumulation of bauxite is a kind of peculiar bauxite deposits in South China.To some accumulative mines faced with resource succeed, not only mining stopes and selected scenes are considered to be matched、concentration plant sites need to be determined,but also the ore blending strategy of the poor and rich ores on collocation and prolonging the working years of bauxite mines are to be implemented,to maximize the economic benefit. With the usage of the ideas of modem management of logistics、operations research and systems engineering,the model unifies the plan of concentration plant sites and ore blending macroscopically,which builds the optimization model of mixed integer and is solved with the software of Dash Optimation. At last, take the case of a mine, the feasibility of the method is verified. 2figs., 3tabs., 12refs.
