摘 要:利用室内培养法研究了在滇池底泥中,曝气、氮和磷浓度对菹草石芽平均出苗数以及幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:曝气对菹草石芽的平均出苗数影响不大,但对幼苗生长速度及生长过程中根的发育影响显著,在有曝气条件下,幼苗的生长速度明显大于无曝气条件下的生长速度,且所有幼苗根系都能正常发育,根的长度、数目也较大;氮、磷浓度对菹草石芽的平均出苗数以及幼苗生长也有很大的影响,无论曝气与否,石芽平均出苗数与氮、磷浓度均呈明显的正相关关系,对幼苗生长方面,在非曝气条件下,高的氮、磷浓度对菹草幼苗生长有一定的抑制作用,而在曝气条件下,菹草的生长速度与氮、磷浓度呈明显的正相关关系.The effect of dissolved oxygen, nitrogen and phosphorus on the germination of each tution and seedling growth ofpotamogeton crispus L in the sediment of Dianchi Lake was investigated at the present study by using indoor cultivation experiments. The results indicate that aeration has no prominent effect on the seedlings of each tution but on growth rate and roots potamogeton crispus L. Under aeration condition, the roots can grow well, the growth rate of seedlings, the length and number of roots are obviously greater than those under anoxic condition. Nitrogen and phosphorus can also influence the growth rate and the average number of seedlings of each tution greatly. Whether aerated or not, the average number of seedlings is positively correlated to the level of nitrogen and phosphorus. Under anoxic condition, high level of nitrogen and phosphorus can inhibit the growth rate of seedlings in a way. But under aeration condition, the growth rate of seedlings is positively correlated to the level of nitrogen and phosphorus. 4figs., 20refs.
