摘  要:对濒危植物水青树种子生物学特性进行了初步研究,探讨了不同温度、不同光照和机械处理对水青树种子萌发的影响.研究发现,水青树种子的千粒重约为0.0719g,种子重量的适合度低;含水量约为7.01%.光照和黑暗条件下水青树种子都能萌发;常温处理光照条件下水青树种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数都最高,而4℃和冷冻等低温处理的种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数较低;机械处理的种子最先萌发.结果表明,光照对水青树种子的萌发有促进作用,种皮对水青树种子的萌发有一定的限制作用,低温条件下种子萌发能力差可能是水青树濒危的一个重要原因.The seed biological characteristic of endangered plant Teracentron sinense was primarily studied, and the influences of temperature and light treatments and machine treatment on the seed germination of T. sinense were discussed. Per-thousand-seed-weight of T. sinense was about 0. 0719g, the containing water quantity of the seeds about 7.01%. The seeds could germinate in the both light and dark; the germination rate, germination force and germination index of seed get the most value at normal temperature in the light, and that treated with 4℃ and freezing is lowest. The seed treated with machine could germinate earlier than that with normal condition. The results indicated that the seed germination of T. sinense can be accelerated in the light, and its germination would be partly restricted by seed capsule. The lower germination ability of T. sinense seed in the condition of lower temperature may be one of reasons resulted in severe danger.
