摘  要:利用循环伏安法探究了pH=6.40的磷酸盐溶液中,叶酸在多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极(MWCNT/GCE)上的电化学行为,测定了该电极过程的动力学参数,结果表明该电极过程受扩散控制.求得电子转移数n=1,扩散系数D=1.940×10-4cm2/s.优化了测定条件,发现叶酸浓度在7.00×10-6-1.70×10-4mol/L范围内与其氧化峰电流值呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R=0.996 9,检出限为2.59×10-6mol/L,回收率为97.47%-101.26%.Cyclic vohammetric behavior of folic acid in pH = 6.40 phosphate buffer solution on muhiwalled carbon nanotube modified electrode has been studied in this article with Cyclic vohammetrey. The result indicates that the process is controlled by diffusion. And its kinetic parameters are determined too, finding the reaction electronic number is one, and diffusion coefficient D is 1. 940 × 10 ^-4 cm^2/s. The condition of determination is optimized, and good linearity is observed in the correlation between the peak current and folio acid's concentration in the range of 7.00 × 10^ -6 - 1.70 × 10^-4 mol/L. The correlative coefficient R =0. 996 9, detect limit is 2.59 × 10^-6 mol/L. The recovery rate is between 97.47% and 101.26%.
