摘  要:研究了射频识别及其与电能表的接口技术,实现了预付费电能表的设计。电能表采用全数字电路,有效提高了测量精度;采用液晶屏和交互式键盘等,改善了人机界面。在电能表系统维护中引入了基于无线传感器网络的状态监控技术,利用车载移动代理采集各个用户的物理状态参数。这种集成了射频识别技术的数字式预付费电能表安全可靠,改变了目前的用电付款方式,能够大力提高电力部门的工作效率,并为提高用电管理水平提供了一种重要的手段。The technique of radio frequency identification (RFID) and the interface circuit between watt-hour meter (WHM) are studied, and a prepaid WHM is developed. The digital circuit is used in the whole designing of the EEM so that the measuring precision is increased efficiently. In addition, liquid crystal screen and keyboard are applied to improve the men-machine interface. This prepaid WHM integrated RFID and digital circuit is safe and reliable. Therefore, the styles of paying of the electric energy charge have been changed since this device was used. The work efficiency of the electrical power organization is increased, and an important method of improving management level of the electrical energy consumer is provided.
