正骨水与麝香止痛膏对静滴氯化钾致局部疼痛的止痛效果研究  

Research on Bone-setting Liquid's and Musk Balm's Pain-relieving Effect for Pain Resulted from Intravenous Administering of Potassium Chloride Solution

摘　　要：目的探讨正骨水、麝香止痛膏对静滴含钾液致局部疼痛的止痛效果。方法将614例输入含氯化钾溶液后局部疼痛的患者按随机数字表法分为3组,3组患者含钾液起始滴注速度60滴/min,对照组(203例)产生局部疼痛后减慢输液速度至45滴/min;麝香止痛膏组(205例),使用麝香止痛膏从针眼旁沿静脉走行方向贴于皮肤;正骨水组(206例)使用正骨水从针眼旁沿静脉走行方向涂擦。观察3组局部疼痛程度及疼痛持续时间。结果3组疼痛程度比较差异有统计学意义(H=167.13,P<0.01);疼痛时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),麝香止痛膏组、正骨水组较对照组明显缩短(q值为38.34、29.48,P<0.01),麝香止痛膏组较正骨水组明显缩短(q=8.86,P<0.01)。结论麝香止痛膏和正骨水可减轻静滴含钾溶液引起的局部疼痛,而麝香止痛膏疗效优于正骨水。Objective To explore the Bone-setting Liquid＇s and Musk Balm＇s pain-relieving effect for local pain resulted from intravenous administering of potassium cnloride solution. Methods 614 patients reporting local pain after injection of potassium chloride solutions were randomly divided into three gro.ups. The beginning injection speed for all the three groups was 60 drops a minute. The injection speed for the control group （203 cases） was slowed to 45 drops a minute, the Musk Balm group （205 cases） was sticked a balm beside the needle hole and along the vein direction, while Bone-setting Liquid was dabbed beside the needle hole and along the vein direction for third group （206 cases）. And then the degrees and duration of the pain were observed. Results The differences in the degrees of pain had statistical significance （H=167.13, P〈0.01）, and the differences in the duration of pain was also statistically significant （P〈0.01）, with that of the other two groups being markedly shorter than that of the control group （q=38.34 and 29.48 respectively, P〈0.01）, and that of the Musk Balm group distinctly shorter than that of the Bone-setting Liquid group （q=8.86 P〈 0.01）. Conclusion Musk Balm and Bone-setting Liquid can relieve the pain resulted from intravenous administering of potassium chloride solution, with the former being superior to the latter.
