社会支持对军队离退休老年患者焦虑抑郁的影响

摘　　要：目的了解军队离退休老年患者社会支持、焦虑、抑郁的状况,分析社会支持对其心理健康水平的影响。方法应用社会支持评定量表、老年抑郁量表、焦虑自评量表,对100例老年患者进行评估。采用多重线性回归进行统计学分析。结果本组23例有抑郁,其中轻度抑郁20例(20%),中重度抑郁3例(3%);31例有焦虑(31%)。多重线性回归分析显示:本组患者的主观支持、社会支持利用度与其抑郁、焦虑水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论主观支持和社会支持利用度是影响军队离退休老年患者心理健康的重要因素,增强患者对社会支持的主观感受,以提高其社会支持水平,从而改善他们的心理状况。Objective To learn about the social support, anxiety and depression of military retired elderly patients, and analyze the influence of social support on their mental health level. Methods 100 elderly patients were assessed with the social support evaluation scale, the elderly＇s depression scale, and self-rating anxiety scale. Then the results were statistically analyzed with the multiple linear regression analysis. Results In the group, there were 23 cases of depression （20 cases mild, 3 cases medium to severe） and 31 cases of anxiety. The multiple linear regression analysis revealed that the subjective support and the degree to which it is utilized were neg atively correlated with the level of depression and anxiety（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Subjective support and the degree to which it is utilized are important factors affecting the mental health of military retired elderly patients. Enhancing their subjective feeling of the social support and the utilization degree will improve their state of mind.
