摘 要:目的探讨层级全责一体化护理模式在肾移植患者健康教育中的效果。方法回顾分析在实行层级全责一体化护理模式前后对两组患者采取不同健康教育方式,患者掌握健康教育知识测评得分与术后6个月内遵医行为追踪结果。结果实施层级全责一体化护理模式前后两组患者对健康教育知识掌握情况及术后6个月内非正常服药例数差异有统计学意义,但对患者术后半年的随访影响没有统计学意义。结论层级全责一体化护理模式下的健康教育保证了健康教育的有效性,层级全责一体化护理模式提高了术后6个月内患者的服药依从性但对患者的随访影响不大。Objective To explore the effect of health education in full responsibitity gradation nursing mode for patients underging kidney transplants. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of the scores in the health knowledge test and doctor's order obeying within 6 months after the surgery, before and after the adopting of the responsibility gradation nursing mode. Results The differences in the above two aspects before and after the adopting of the full responsibility gradation nursing mode was statistically significant, while not for the follow up 6 months after the surgery. Conclusion Health education in the full responsibility gradation nursing mode ensures effectiveness of health education and increases patients' compliance to medical taking within six months after the surgery, but has the same influence on follow-ups.
