彩色多谱勒超声在诊断腮腺肿块中的应用

摘  要:目的通过高频探头检测腮腺,分析腮腺肿块的二维声像图特点及彩色血流与多普勒频谱的不同动力学特点,评价彩色多谱勒血流显像对腮腺肿块良恶性诊断的应用价值。方法对78例腮腺肿块患者进行彩色多谱勒超声显像检查,对比分析其不同的二维声像图,并进一步结合彩色多普勒血流频谱,对比其血流显示情况,分析收缩期峰值速度(PSV)及阻力指数(RI)。结果显示恶性肿块的血流信号检出率高。良恶性血流信号检出率分别为28.6%、82.8%。腮腺恶性肿块诊断符合率为82.7%(24/29),腮腺良性肿块诊断符合率为83.6%(41/49)。结论彩色多谱勒血流显像对腮腺内肿块的良恶性诊断具有一定的参考价值。Objective To evaluate the clinic applied value of color Doppler flow imaging technique in diagnosing parotid gland tumors, by using the high frequency probe to test the parotid sonograph and analyze the different dynamic characteristics of parotid gland tumors obtained by two - dimensional ultrasonic tomogram and color doppler ultrasound. Methods The CDFI images were all collected in 78 cases of parotid gland tumors. The blood flowing conditions were compared and PSV and RI were analyzed by comparing the different two - dimensional ultrasonic tomogram combined with the color doppler ultrasound. Results The detective rate of the malignant tumors was very high. The detective rates of benign and malignant tumors were 28. 6% and 82. 8%. The diagnosing conforming rates of m. alignant tumor and benign tumor were 82. 7% (24/29) and 83. 6% (41/49) respectively. Conclusions CDFI was valuable in diagnosing benign tumors of parotid gland.
