周围型肺癌瘤体边缘的CT征象回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨周围型肺癌边缘征象,提高周围型肺癌的诊断准确率。方法对50例周围型肺癌患者的16排螺旋CT扫描及三维重建进行回顾性分析观察边缘征象。结果50例周围型肺癌患者的癌瘤边缘CT征象可分为瘤周边缘光滑情况,分叶、毛刺和小棘状突起,胸膜凹陷征、血管集束征、锯齿征、瘤旁脉管影、邻近胸膜有无侵犯和晕征9个方面。结论瘤体边缘的16排螺旋CT及其三维重建征象是诊断周围型肺癌的重要依据,尤其是当这些征象多数或集中发生时,具有定性诊断价值。Objective To discuss the marginal sign of Peripheral Lung Cancer and improve the peripheral lung cancer diagnosis. Methods Retrospective analysis on 50 cases of peripheral lung cancer scanned by 16 Multi - slice Spiral CT. Results The marginal sign of peripheral lung cancer of 50 cases were analyzed and divided according to the signs of marginal smooth, lobular, barb, spine - like process, pleural indentation sign, vessel cluster sign, sawtooth invasive sign of pleural . Conclusions The marginal signs of peripheral lung cancer might be an important sign to obtain the diagnosis especially for most or centralized lesion in quantity.
