摘 要:应用ADAMS软件对贴片机进行了振动优化分析。针对贴片机结构特点,基于振动分析数学原理与多体动力学原理建立贴片机多体振动模型;在此模型基础上,进行刚度与阻尼等参数影响下的设计研究分析;最后,基于影响最大的几个参数对贴片机系统进行了振动优化分析。分析结果表明,下机架与地脚的连接参数对贴装头振动影响较小;Y向滑块与横梁连接板的连接参数对贴装头振动影响较大;优化模型垂直方向的振幅被控制在10μm之内,系统防振性能得到提高。Based on the software ADAMS (Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System), vibration optimization is performed for a placement machine. The structure of the placement machine is analyzed, and multi-body vibration models are established based on the principles of multi-body system. The influence of its rigidity and damping on vibration is determined in the analysis. Vibration optimization of the placement machine is carried out for the parameters that have the greatest influences on the system. Analysis results show that the conjunction parameters of the down-rack and the ground have less influence on the vibrant performance of the placement head than the conjunction parameters of the Y-carriage and the connecting plate of the gantry. The oscillation amplitude in the vertical direction is controlled within 10 micrometers, and the vibration oerformance of the system is improved.
